Cancellation Policy: Customers must cancel their subscription before the billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancelling before reaching the yearly threshold will result in website/server termination. Websites are held on backup for 30 days before permanent deletion. Customers can recover their website by contacting support before cancellation.
Website Content: NOVAM reserves the right to terminate websites that contain illegal or pornographic content. Data related to websites may be stored to diagnose and improve service performance. Customers are entitled to their website’s data and performance traffic upon request.
Website Ownership: Customers may transfer their website to another host after purchasing it in full. Until the payment threshold is completed, NOVAM retains control over the website for security, maintenance, custom development, marketing, promotion, updates, and other management facilities aimed at improving service and experience.
Limitation of Liability: NOVAM shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided. This includes but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
